MY NARRATIV

Born and raised in Innsbruck, educated in the social sciences and economics, seasoned in business coaching and organizational development, I have come to experience psychotherapy as my great passion. There is nothing more exciting than accompanying people realizing their potential and supporting them in difficult times. And just maybe contributing a little to their problem solving skills.

I consider psychotherapy an extension and deepening of my work as coach and business consultant. In both areas it’s all about offering support to people dealing with difficult decisions, and eventually giving them hope and confidence to master their challenges.

Kurt Tucholsky once said: “Detours increase your knowledge of your surroundings.” Well, I’ve taken my share of detours in my life. Therefore I have had firsthand experience and can be a helpful companion on your journey, knowing some good strategies and even some shortcuts.

In the end it is you who are to judge whether or not my work is useful. For this, we need a relationship which is based on trust and shared responsibility. According to findings in the field of psychotherapy efficacy, this relationship is the key factor of any successful therapeutic work.
